Overview

Annapurna circuit/ Annapurna Base Camp Trek is one of the best trekking trails with beautiful natural Environment, various  diverse ethnic group’s culture, and different old heritage which lead you to the 5416-meter altitude. Annapurna trekking region in Nepal has been recognized as paradise. Annapurna trekking region is a very popular area that offers a dramatic trekking experience for trekkers from all over the world. Trekking in the Annapurna region is one of the most famous and popular destinations in Nepal. The area is dominated by the presence of such peaks and mountains e.g. the Annapurna Ranges, Dhaulagiri, Manaslu, and Machhapuchhre etc. These mountains loom in the distance throughout your trek, giving you a true Himalayan experience and lots of enjoyment. Trekking through the lowland villages and mountain communities will expose you to the variety of different cultures of the Gurung, Magars, Manangi, Thakali people and other local ethnic groups.

Itinerary

Day 1:Arrival in Kathmandu (1300 m/4264 ft) .

After our arrival at the Tribhuvan International Airport (TIA) in Kathmandu, a our
reprentative/staff will pick us up from the airport and take us to our hotel. We can take
rest and later visit the company office in Thamel, a popular tourist hub. However, there
will be a welcome dinner in the evening where we get to experience excellent Nepalese
cuisine.

Day 02:Kathmandu: sightseeing and trek preparation.

After breakfast, we begin our tour of four amazing UNESCO World Heritage Sites. These
include the architecturally rich Durbar Square, the sacred Hindu temple of Pashupati
Nath, the interesting ‘Monkey Temple’ (Swayambunath) and Buddha Nath Stupa which
is one of the largest stupas in the world. After completing our tour late in the
afternoon, we drive to High Spirit Trek office for a brief meeting about our trek and
get to know our team leader (guide) and fellow travelers.

Day 03: Drive from Kathmandu to Khudi (800 M/2624ft), 7- 8 hours, (Teahouse-Lodge + B-L-D),

Day 04:Trek from Khudi to Sirung (2200 M/7217ft), 6-7 hours, (Teahouse-Lodge + B-L-D)

Day 05: Trek from Sirung to Jagat (1300 M/4265ft), 6-7 hours, (Teahouse-Lodge + B-L-D),

Day 06: Trek from Jagat to Dharapani (1960 M/6430ft), 7-8 hours, (Teahouse-Lodge + B-L-D)

Day 07:Tengboche to Dingboche (4,360 m/14,300 ft): 9km, 5 - 6 hours.

Day 08: Trek from Chame to Pisang (3300 M/10826), 5-6 hours, (Teahouse-Lodge + B-L-D)

Day 09:Trek from Pisang to Manang (3520 M/11548ft), 6-7 hours, (Teahouse-Lodge + B-L-D)

Day 10: Acclimatization day at Manang (3520 M/11548ft), (Teahouse-Lodge + B-L-D),

Day 14:Trek from Muktinath to Marpha (2670 M/8759ft), 6-7 hrs, (Teahouse-Lodge + B-L-D),

Day 15 :Trek from Marpha to Ghasa (2013 M/6604ft), 5-6 hrs, (Teahouse-Lodge + B-L-D),

Day 16 :Trek from Ghasa to Tatopani (1189 M/3900ft), 5-6 hrs, (Teahouse-Lodge + B-L-D),

Day 17 :Trek from Tatopani to Ghorepani (2850 M/9350ft), 6-7 hrs, (Teahouse-Lodge + B-L-D),

Day 18Early morning hike up to Poon Hill (3210 M/10531ft) back Ghorepani (2860 M/9383ft) and trek to Tadapani (2630 M/8628ft), 6-7 hrs, (Teahouse-Lodge + B-L-D),

Day 19 :Trek from Tadapani to Chhomrong (2170 M/7119ft), 6-7 hrs, (Teahouse-Lodge + B-L-D),
