This trip begins from the short drive from the Kathmandu to Sundarijal- Chisapani. This place is the best of nature with some typical local life, gorgeous Himalayan views. Sundarijal is culturally important place as much as it is naturally. There are lots of temples and much more Stupas. The air over there is humid and there is the constant sound of water flowing. There are high waterfalls and rivers everywhere. Chisapani presents a closer view of Jugal, Ganesh Himal with Langtang region with a clear and crisp landscape.
We continue to the Nagarkot Valley which offers have the opportunity to see a panorama view of the Himalayas, ranging from the Dhaulagiri, Mount Everest, and Kanchenjunga. The trail is quite easy, but exciting nevertheless. On a clear day, you can see you can also see Manaslu, Ganesh Himal, and Langtang. There is a lookout tower south of the village where you can get a 360º view of the scenery. After that our journey continues to the Dhulikhel. This trail passes from the colorful and beautiful forest and wonderful views of the mountain. We continue hiking to the Namo Buddha which is a famous ancient Buddhist monastery in Nepal situated at 1750 meters which are being surrounded by Tamang settlements. The Snow fed Mountains seen from Dhulikhel are a fine panoramic. Green inviting hills of which still virgin and some turned into beautifully carved agricultural terraces cater to the beholders’ pleasure.
Our final destination of this trek is Bhaktapur and Kathmandu Valley. A visit to the historical sites in Kathmandu and Bhaktapur Durbar square won’t just enlighten you about Nepal, but it will also give you a close look at architectural masterpieces. We promise you, this trip could be a breathtaking moment in your life.
